The New Canaan Environmental Group is holding a Step It Up 2: Who's A Leader? November 3rd National Day for Climate Change Rally on the steps of New Canaan Town Hall this Saturday November 3, 2007 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., rain or shine.

The November 3rd "Clear Skies, Climate Change" rally in front of Town Hall coincides with the State of Connecticut's decision announced yesterday,
November 1st, at New Canaan Town Hall to take legal action against the FAA's September 5th Record of Decision on its Airspace Plan.

The rally will address airspace plan challenge and challenges we face in crafting and passing quality veto-proof climate change (global warming) legislation.

Congressman Christopher Shays, the keynote speaker, will address the crowd at 5 p.m. Other speakers include State Representative William Tong, State Representative Toni Boucher, State Representative John Hetherington, New Canaan Selectman Paul Giusti, New Canaan First Selectman Judy Neville,
